"Oh, so you're a designer?"

Yes, but that's not the whole story. How many designers can explain the common data objects in a relational database or list the benefits of polymorphism in OOP? I try to balance myself between multiple interactive disciplines. At heart, I'm really a generalist with technical and aesthetic chops.

Places I've Been

Two years ago, I created a small freelance agency called kmsm. I’ve been a part of every aspect of the business: from marketing and sales, to customer service and client relations, to raw design and development.

Today, I'm working at Moveable Online on the Advantage WebStore e-commerce platform. I'm mostly occupied with implementing user interfaces for our clients.

Looking forward in the short term, I'd love to be part of a work culture that embraces software craftsmanship, agile development, and disrupting industries. I'm always available to listen to interesting opporunities.
